Buying a new house is an exciting and very stressful experience. On one hand, it’s a fresh chapter in your life that allows you to create new memories. On the other hand, the home-buying experience is filled with hurdles to jump over, offers to outbid, a sea of documents to read and sign, and, even after all of that, there is still the home inspection, where you cross your fingers and hope this beautiful house you’ve been fighting for is not riddled with massive problems. Regarding my certifications, I graduated from Inspection Certification Associates and Professional Home Inspection Institute. I am a member in good standing of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), and I am COVID-19 Safety Guidelines Certified by InterNACHI. I am also Thermal Imaging Certified by Inspection Certification Associates.
